For hygiene and safety reasons, all opened or used products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, weβre happy to make it right.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include a clear photo of the damaged item.
- Provide your order number and the name on the order.
