🚚 Kiss & Kare Shipping Policy

At Kiss & Kare, we’re committed to getting your lip care favorites to you quickly, safely, and smoothly. Please review our U.S.-only shipping policy before placing your order.


Section 1. 🌊 Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only (including all 50 states and U.S. territories). We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Section 2. πŸ“² Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or sales events.


Section 3. ⏳ Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days, available for an additional cost)


Section 4. 🏦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Section 5. πŸͺ™ Lost or Stolen Packages

Kiss & Kare is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure. If you believe your order is lost, please contact the carrier or email us at contact@kissandkare.com for assistance.


Section 6. ⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
